Your charity's Annual Information Statement, prepared
Every registered charity owes the ACNC an Annual Information Statement each year. For a small charity that is the whole obligation — no financial report, no audit, no fee. But the form still wants sixteen financial figures under letters that match no chart of accounts, a description of every program you run that then appears on your public Charity Register page, a related-party disclosure, and your Responsible People. Then somebody has to declare all of it is true, correct and complete.
AU$295 whatever size your charity is · AU$195 for each extra year if you are catching up · AU$1,000 if you also want the annual financial report a medium or large charity has to lodge. Paid up front, delivered within one working day of your figures coming back.
What you get
1 · Annual Information Statement — prepared answers
Every answer the 2026 statement asks, in the form's own order and with the form's own question numbers and letters. Your treasurer signs in to the Charity Portal and types them in rather than working them out. You get it as a PDF and as an editable Word file, so you can correct anything before you type it.
2 · Financial summary
The sixteen figures with every total's arithmetic shown, so you can see what the portal will calculate before you enter anything. We also check your revenue lines against the size band you're claiming — getting that wrong changes what you owe, in both directions.
If you're a medium or large charity this document is different: it sets out what your annual financial report has to contain and who may sign it. We don't prepare, review or audit that report.
3 · Compliance calendar
Your due date and where it comes from, what your size actually obliges, the 60-day notification clock most committees miss, your state's position if you're an incorporated association, and what being late costs in dollars.
4 · Outstanding items
The working sheet — anything we still need from you, on its own page and never mixed into the three documents above. It isn't part of what you submit.
The date most treasurers have wrong this year
The ACNC Act says the statement is due 31 December in the following financial year. What everybody quotes is "six months after your year end". Neither is necessarily your date — the Commissioner defers it, and publishes a table.
For the 2026 statement, charities with a 30 June year end were deferred to 31 January 2027 — not 31 December 2026. We read your date off the regulator's published table rather than calculating one, which is why our calendar and your Charity Portal agree.

What we don't do
We prepare documents from the figures you give us. We examine nothing and express no opinion or assurance — this is not an audit, a review or any other assurance engagement, and it is not legal or tax advice.
We don't lodge on your behalf and we never ask for your Charity Portal login. You review the pack, you make the declaration, you submit it.
If your organisation is not an ACNC-registered charity, this is the wrong product — you probably owe the ATO an NFP self-review return by 31 October instead, which we don't prepare. The free check will tell you.
