Let's get you started
Tranche 2 commenced 1 July 2026. Real estate professionals, lawyers, conveyancers, accountants, trust and company service providers and dealers in precious metals and stones are reporting entities from that date — and a reporting entity is expected to hold an AML/CTF program, not to be working on one.
AUD $249 — Report Readiness Pack. What the annual compliance report
will actually ask you, the registers and records to keep so the answers accumulate
through the reporting year instead of being reconstructed from memory, and deadline
reminders. Your answers stay on file and your prepared answers are generated at no
further charge when the reporting window opens.
AUD $595 — AML/CTF Program Pack. Your ML/TF risk assessment under
s.26C and the AML/CTF policies built on it under s.26F, written for your business from
your answers, with a gap analysis and a compliance calendar carrying your own derived
dates. Delivered within one working day of payment. You review and adopt your own
documents. Includes twelve months of email support and regulatory-change alerts, and
the working paper behind your first annual compliance report when the window opens in
July 2027 — at no further charge.
AUD $995 — Done-with-you. Everything in the Program Pack, reviewed and
finalised with you in a working session — plus your first annual compliance report
prepared and filed with you when the window opens (July–September 2027). After that
first year, staying compliant is AUD $495 a year or AUD $49.95 a month.

Two things worth knowing before you buy anything
There is no Part A and no Part B any more. The 2024 reforms replaced that structure. A program is now the ML/TF risk assessment plus the AML/CTF policies built on it. Any template still using the old framing dates itself to the pre-reform regime the moment an assessor opens it.
Your risk ratings have to come from your answers. Section 26C asks for an assessment of the risks your business may reasonably face. A document that would have come out identical whatever you answered hasn't assessed anything. Every rating we produce prints the rule that moved it, the direction, and the questions that triggered it — including the rules we tested that didn't fire.
